Yerevan, sometimes known as Jerewan, is a fascinating economic, cultural, and scientific center in the country of Armenia. Perhaps because of its complicated history, this city is not yet terribly well-known throughout the world. However, because of its interesting atmosphere and attractions, Yerevan is recently becoming a popular tourist destination. Full of medieval architecture, historical museums, and other displays of a long-established culture, this large Armenian city is certainly a must-see experience. Though it can be hard to find information about, there are recently more and more travel brochures and documents about this up-and-coming tourism hot spot. Yerevan may not yet be on many travel agencies' top lists, but it will soon be. Those who like to be ahead of the crowd should fly with Austrian Airlines to Yerevan and start experiencing this great city as soon as possible.
